Abstract

The case of human trafficking in Indonesia is the result not only of the low human and economic resources but also the legal crisis. The low level of the economy and the quality of human resources is the cause of the rampant cases of human trafficking. Many people with low education and lack of skills are used by irresponsible people to work with the lure that they will get abundant results. However, unexpectedly, the promised lure was actually caught up with being a victim of human trafficking.
