Abstract

In every country, it is impossible to escape the existence of many political parties, although the existing political parties are of course based on the rules and regulations in their own country and in every politics, problems certainly arise that are never resolved and eventually become just history. Politics in developing countries always create or become examples for small countries to try to follow them even though they are difficult to implement because of the differences in geographic and geopolitical characteristics in the country because Indonesia is also currently experiencing political problems, namely the Presidential Threshold Dilemma which is a Pillar of Democracy or Oligarchy Granary (Post Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number: 62 / PUU-XII / 2024 .
